We wanted to thank everyone again for your support! Steve continues to recover with occasional small setbacks. He's looking forward to returning to practice in Sept.
This blog has been set up to keep Steve's friends and family members apprised of his status following his surgery.
Steve, you look terrific! Hope you can start going to the Giants game in person!!
ReplyDeleteThe only thing is the Giants=torture. It might delay his remarkable recovery!;=) You are looking fantastic. As soon as you are scheduling patients, I'll make my usual end of January appointment. jackie

Hi Dr Hufford, I'm glad I found the blog b/c I've been driving everyone at your office crazy asking for updates. You look wonderful and I can't wait to see you in Oct for my annual. All the best to you and your family leslie woods
ReplyDeleteHearing of Dr. Hufford's passing left me heartbroken. He was such a source of comfort to me & my family during some of our darkest days.
ReplyDeleteI knew he had pancreatic cancer, but I had no idea about the intensity of the battle he'd fought during the year I was at Kaiser (11/09 - 11/10). When he was my doctor, he was always incredibly upbeat & seemed so resilient.
I'm sorry not to have known what you all were facing. I'm sure you are surrounded by loving family & friends who have been offering care & support. Please know those sentiments are being echoed by others, as well.
